About Us: the Mattarei Family

Our family comes from a farming background that required many sacrifices.

Over the years, agriculture has disappeared, although there are still some stables in the area and “Melinda” apples are grown here. The tourism sector slowly began to develop and prevail with various types of accommodation (hotel, residences, holiday homes, B&Bs).

Our family unit is made up of three people – husband and wife Enrico and Morena and their son Nicola.

We enjoy promoting our region, helping to raise awareness and appreciation among our welcome guests, and it is for this reason that we created our small family-run guest house.

 

 

After earning considerable appreciation from our guests over the years, we decided to expand our facilities by renovating the family home.

In July 2019 we opened the first floor of the new “Annex” with two new one-bedroom apartments in memory of our grandparents.

Upon your arrival, you will be greeted by Signora Morena. Together with her family, she will be glad to offer you advice and ensure you enjoy a pleasant and restorative holiday.
