Conditions

  • Minimum stay of 3 nights in low season
  • Check-in from 16:00
  • Check out by 09:30
  • 30% deposit to confirm the apartment. Free  cancellation until 30 days before check-in.
  • For the days of late arrival or early departure will be charged the full amount of the stay.
  • Deposit € 150 (€ 200 for New Year) in cash upon arrival to the apartment
  • Final cleaning included
  • The hob is to be returned clean, or € 30 will be charged
  • Change of linen for a fee
  • For those staying more than 7 nights, the price includes tidying of the apartment (not the kitchenette), with linen changes as needed
  • Tourist tax € 1.50 per person per night. Children up to the age of 14 are exempt. The city tax applies up to 10 nights.
  • Pets not allowed.
